This is kind of outdated now, and he is talking much more, but for posterity's sake, here's a video I took to record some of Parker's first words.

Belly Laughs
Just took this video of Lincoln laughing at Parker. I think they're going to love being brothers.

Terrific Twos
On May 6th my baby turned two! I can't believe how fast these past couple years have gone. They've been the hardest and the best years of my life. Parker is such a great little guy. He's growing and learning more everyday. He loves balls, trucks, cars, the park and his family (especially Lincoln). He is constantly making us laugh, and has endless amounts of energy. He can seriously run all day long (and usually does).
To celebrate his birthday we took him to Disneyland! It's fun now that he actually enjoys riding the rides. As soon as we get off one, he's picked the next one he wants to go on.
Here he is on the bus on the way to the park. I think he thought this was the first ride, because he kept saying "weee!!"

He loves the carousel, he calls it "neigh". I couldn't believe he was big enough to ride his own horse!!
Sam and Parker watching the Playhouse Disney parade. He loved it and cried when it was over.
The next day (his actual birthday) we opened presents. We added to his collection of cars from the movie "Cars" with Mack.
And had birthday cupcakes!
Happy Birthday Park Man!!!

Two Months
Lincoln went to the doctor today and he's grown (duh)! He weighs 11 lbs 14 oz (60 something percentile) and is in the 96th percentile for height! The doctor was very impressed with how well he was holding his head up and said he was doing it as well as a four month old. Go Lincoln!
Lincoln is such a sweet little guy. He loves to smile and coo at anyone who will look at him. He's sleeping great, eating great, and is just perfect. We feel so blessed to have him in our family. None of us can get enough of him.

My friend Bridget had a great idea to compare Parker's pictures from the same age, so here's Parker when he was two months old! Do you think they look alike?
Easterness
We had a lovely, quiet Easter weekend here in San Diego. We kicked off the weekend with a Ward Easter egg hunt.
It took Parker a minute to figure out what was going on and that he was supposed to collect the eggs in his basket, but once he did, he got a big kick out of the whole thing.
After awhile he dropped the basket, and would find eggs and then run them back to it.
We spent the majority of the weekend lounging around attempting to watch General Conference with two babies.

On Sunday morning Parker found his Easter basket filled with lots of goodies.

Then he "hunted" for eggs (they were all in plain sight). He didn't really get the grass concept and had to dump it out before he would put any eggs in the basket.
Sunday afternoon we went out to take some pictures of the boys in their Easter outfits. Parker wasn't very cooperative, but we got a few cute ones!
