Here's some pictures from our recent trip to Utah!

We were able to see Lucy who was at EFY at BYU while we were there.

Saturday we drove up to Park City to see the Rasbands, our friends from State College. We love them and miss them!

Saturday night was spent up at Sam's aunt and uncle's house in Bountiful with Jeff, Chelsie, Lauren, and Tod.

Three Months Old

Parker recently turned three months old! Sam and I think he looks HUGE compared to when he was born. It's amazing how fast he's growing; he's definitely not a newborn anymore. It seems like he's doing more and more new things everyday. He loves to smile (especially at Sam) and he's showing the beginnings of a laugh. He's starting to reach for things, and he really likes to grab my hair. He's an amazing little guy and we can't get enough of him!

Life's more fun in San Diego

So Sam and I lived in State College for TWO YEARS and no one came to visit us. But once we move to San Diego, suddenly everyone is dying to see us! (Maybe it has something to do with Parker, but whatever). A couple weeks ago Sam's family and my brother Drew came out to visit. We did some sightseeing in San Diego, and they all got to enjoy Disney and the beach. It was great to see everybody! Here's a few pictures from the visit.

We also met up with some old friends recently. This is Sam's roommate, Justin, from training. He's moving back to Minnesota, so we got to visit with him before he took off!

And this is Sam's old roommate from BYU, Randy. He came over to visit while Sarah was here. He's a crack up!

Today is also Parker's 3 month birthday!! I haven't taken a picture of him yet, but it's coming soon! Off to Utah tomorrow!!!

Parker's first swim

On Monday Sam and I decided to take Parker down to the pool for his first swim! He loves the bath, so it was no surprise he loved the pool too. Or at least we think he did, this was the face he made pretty much the entire time. No tears though!

I'm not gonna lie, I wanted to take him down just so he could wear his cute swimsuit.

Padres Game

Last week we took Parker to his first baseball game! My dad's cousin and his wife gave us a couple tickets to see the Padres, and we had a great time. Parker pretty much slept the whole time in his carrier. We had awesome seats, and the Padres killed the Marlins, so it was perfect!

It was pretty chilly, so he loved having his face covered up with his hood.

Two Months

Parker had his two month appointment yesterday and he is still growing! He's in the 97th percentile for his length, the 75th for his weight and the 25th for his head circumference. He got 3 shots, which was really sad for both him and me. He's a trooper though.

Not much new is going on with Sam and me. We're finally settled into our apartment and are loving San Diego. The weather, of course, is amazing and we spend lots of time outside. We haven't braved the beach with Parker yet, (and I really don't want to wear a swimsuit!) but I'm sure we'll get out there soon. We hope we'll have lots of visitors! : )
